My Friends.......

Before I start this post lemme wish everybody a Happy Friendship Day !!!!!!!!!!

This post is totally dedicated to all my friends without them i think i wouldn't have reached here.......The thought of them even not being there for me scares me................

In front of my friends i am totally relaxed.....No need to even use my knowledge even for a single second................
For a change they are in charge of everything....Heheh not me......!!!!!!!!!

My friend list will always start with best buddy Srikanth from my B.Tech Days..............We really made the most of what we got.........At present he is in US completed his MS and is working .......

When it comes to the qualities we are totally different in our choices yet single in decision....Amazing Combination of Opposites.......

Seriously missing u Dude..................

My friend list is very big...........

Bingo....Ajju.......Salim....Chandu.....Srikanth......Karthik......Nandu....it is big......

I also had many friends whom i thought were close but with time drifted away from me.....Too bad................From being close pals to just Hi's & Bye's.......It's Tragedy...Don't know what went wrong..............

One close friend from relatives got married a couple of years back and is happy with her own life and enjoying it... but we still do stay in touch but not like before..........................

Apart from my friends in MSIT, i think i can say i have 3 close friends.............

Well coming to MSIT it's a totally different ball game...............We all r good friends...........But with some i share a better rappo than others they stand out among the rest.............

Naveen -Phanindra-Chowdary-Teja-SathyaPrasad-Amar ....Bluff-Harsha-Krishna Kanth--

But the best of the lot for me would be Phanindra & Naveen ........
Too many similarities in the way we think..................
All r my friends but few are more close to me than others...........................

I know the whole concept that there should be no differentiation between friends and that all are equal.....It all comes down to the one thing.......Are u the True U Before ur friends............. Then they are the true friends...........

I really thank god for giving me such great friends....................

In order to Get across this Sea of Life
Facing the Hardships the only Ship which will help is
FRIENDSHIP..................

LIFE @ MSIT PART-8....THE GRAND FINALE.........

It's already the last post in my LIFE @ MSIT series......This post is everything about MSIT..........So lets begin..........

First lets start off with the mentor for the mentors.....our very own Dean....
He might look like a very strict and stern person......but he always thinks about his students....He values Discipline, Punctuality and Hard work......MSIT is the way it is only because of him.....He is a very talented Professor........Thank You sir for maintaining such high standards in MSIT and training us so well so that we can handle any kind of situation in life............

Apart from the mentors whom i have already mentioned.....Sridevi Mam, Krishnaveni Mam, Vijaya Mam.... there are also other mentors who are equally and better in their own way...........

Mohan Sir-----Very Cool mentor,Student Friendly yet the no nonsense type, Good at everything he does.........Senior Mentor at JNTU.........
Pavan Sir-----Another Very Good Mentor, very talented..........
Sriram Sir----Very Talented and Very patient and always thinks from the student point of view whether they are able to understand the concepts or not........
Veerabhadra Sir------Versatile Mentor....Has Equally good knowledge in both ECE and Computers.......He always thinks whether the students have learnt something new each and everyday.................

Kavitha Mam & Sriya Mam are two SS mentors who joined MSIT recently both of them are equally good and talented............

I will be grateful to each and everyone of them as i had the honor of interacting with each of them at one time or the other..........

One mentor whom i will never forget throughout my life is Klinsa Kurien Mam......My Soft Skill Mentor for the entire 1st year.....She is very knowledgeable and excellent at whatever she does......She was always there to correct me whenever i was straying from my path....Even after the 1st year was completed she was always there to help me out whenever i needed her...........I was never afraid to approach her with anything at anytime.....Even today if i have some doubts regarding the SS i consult her.....She has exceptional grip on the English language and the way she talks is also very fluent......Thank You mam for always being there.............

One more Mentor is our Soft Skills principal mentor whom i have already mentioned Padmaja mam who has excellent command over the language and also a very good person....I learnt a lot just by observing her...Both the centers of MSIT are her students and as her student i will always try to implement what she once said....STAY HUNGRY STAY FOOLISH..........throughout my entire life.......Thank You mam..........

Next Comes every MSIT student's horror.....CnK Sessions...... Not for me though coz i believe in the Maverick's philosophy(my own creation) that

There are 2 ways to handle any situation ----Runaway from it or Embrace it With Open Arms.....I Always Choose the latter no matter what the situation and there was no looking back.........

I always liked the CnK Sessions for many reasons......one.....good for improving urself and two.....enjoyment......Hehehehehhe i really did enjoy myself in the CnK Sessions....Don't know why ???????...................

That wasn't the case with the Speaker Series...Some were damn good while some were quite boring..........Don't know whether it was a singular case(me) or everyone felt the same...............Of all the people from CnK i really liked Raji Mam and Kameshwari Mam........

Two Things which i think would have made the whole my LIFE @ MSIT experience even better would have been....

one...even we 2008 batch students also get the CMU certificates......
two.....a session with Raj Reddy Sir...from whose ideas MSIT was born.............

That's it Guyz that's a synopsis of my LIFE @ MSIT from 2 years and the highlight for me.......Organizing Spree-10 in a big way.............

LIFE @ MSIT has taught me many valuable lessons, i made the best of friends, overall it was a good learning experience and the most valuable two years of my life till now as this brought a kind of Order in my life which was filled with Chaos..........

If i do remember some interesting incidents about my LIFE @ MSIT......there will be another post in the series but until then its

Sayonara !!!!!!!!!!! for LIFE @ MSIT..........

LIFE @ MSIT PART - 7 .... THE SPECIALIZATION

Some thing is wrong with me today....I M feeling like writing writing writing....Got to go to a Doctor....I am never this hardworking........Heheheheheheheh

If u closely observe my posts in LIFE @ MSIT.........I m following a sequence here ......

First the Prelude, Prep, Main Course then my Seniors, my batch mates and then my about my Juniors..............The next post is obviously going to be about my Second year........

My Second year can always be divided into SEF and the REST.....Heheheheheh Not that SEF was bad...It was an interesting experience.....Didn't Hate it But didn't Like it either...............

The worst thing was to go to IIIT but to present before Carter sir Wonderful Experience.....

A few words about him......He is not like any other Professor u know...Totally Down to Earth and Damn Cool for his talent and knowledge of the subject........It was a value adding experience.............Have to thank MSIT for this.........Otherwise never would have had the chance to have a talk to him or present to him on his subject............

But Before we move on....lemme give u a brief idea about the Specialization scenario in MSIT for our batch........................

There were 4 Specializations......e-Commerce, Computer Networks, Software Engineering & LT.............When everybody was thinking about which specializing to join i decided long before to join CN.......From my childhood i was obsessed with computers and the internet...the way it works the background etc etc......So there was only one specialization for me obviously..............CN.....

But i knew nothing about it.........So with the start of the coursework i started learning new things about how the internet works, the various mechanisms which were present and a lot of other interesting things............

The Reading Assignments were too good they were all papers written by great people in this field of work like Cerf & Kahn's paper .............

The various mini's which we had we were from Basic Network Programming to Advanced Network programming, Network Security and Wireless Networks..............

I totally liked the Network Security and Wireless Networks because they were very interesting and the current trend of the market like the Wi-Fi how it works and all that stuff..............Rishab Sir helped us a lot in this course...........

But overall the learning experience if i can rate on a scale of 10 it would 10 without doubt because i learned a lot about a lot of stuff.... I was never good at this but i learnt a lot......

The Credit should all go to Manjunath Sir the best mentor in all of MSIT......He doesn't push u to submit deliverables he thinks from the student perspective and asks whether if u have learnt something or not....... That is one of the reasons why i had the time to learn a lot........

Also Jeevan sir for teaching us some concepts on OS which helped us while placements........ By the time the course completed and practicum started by december... Telangana issue started we had almost 20 day holidays............the first time in MSIT history to give such a long break ......

Then in the practicum........i didn't opt for any Internship fearing that it might trouble my placement preparation...........

A group of 8 people took up the ambitious project of Wireless Access point but as bad luck would have it when we were about 30 % completed the system crashed and we had to start from the first.......As if this was not enough 2 of our best minds left for internships......

We were stranded in the middle of the sea without even life support but we had to work hard to sail to the shore..........

Then came the memorable month of Avril............We gave the freshers finally to our juniors...........Come on the fact that we were 28 and they were more than 82
see .... 28-82 Heheheheh But we managed though..........

Of all the 4 parties which i attended in MSIT 2 Freshers & 2 Farewells......

Freshers which our seniors gave us was the first.......
Closely Followed by the Freshers which we gave...........
Farewell which we gave 2 our seniors and finally the
Farewell which we received....Sorry Guyz......On the level which i enjoyed.......

Then came the turning point or my life's turning point April 22nd.....The day I got placed in IBM.....Dream Company.... yes............. I was ecstatic and happy not for myself but for my parents who had the confidence that someday i will make it big.................... And as they say the rest is history.............

I used all the happiness and joy which i got into making our Annual fest SPREE...(I really did feel the glee....Hehehehe....... )a big big big hit....................

Truly Memorable Days in my MSIT Life.............!!!!!

When it came to the course work we did something with our project which made sense and completed it...........................

My LIFE @ MSIT truly was memorable and good, no better than good it was GREAT......but as great things always come to an end my LIFE @ MSIT also ended in the month of June........

I might miss the days which i spent in MSIT but i will never forget the experiences which i had for they will always be stored in my hearts vault...........

I always believe that Life is all about changes....now my new life is all about LIFE @ IBM......Heheheheheh

So if u think this is the end for my Life @ MSIT u r wrong coz "Picture abhi baki hai mere dost"

The last post about my LIFE @ MSIT PART -8 .......THE GRAND FINALE..............

LIFE @ MSIT PART - 6 ....JUNIORS--A Refreshing Change.

Welcome to another post on my Life @ MSIT....I have posted about both my seniors and my batch but this post is totally dedicated to my Juniors....The batch of 2009..

They are an interesting lot of students, each and every one of them is totally different....U can't guess..what they are going to do next.......They are an 80+ strong batch so imagine how much talent they have.......

They are a jolly bunch and merry making lot.....Our batch guyz struggled and worked hard to get in but these guyz enjoyed even during the prep.....This attitude is both good and bad....... I had the good opportunity of observing them right from the word go PREP i.e.as i was one of their Soft Skills TA's,Some of them are too good for their own good....Others are multi talented...............So i think i know most of their Strengths and Weaknesses.......

Suddenly after the PREP another 20 odd people also joined in JNTU who initially cleared the PREP in AU......One thing about these guyz.....too good both talent wise and discipline wise............Really Good at what they do and total hard workers.........keep it up guyz.....

In my view my junior batch is lucky because of their numbers as everyone of them is different they can use each others capabilities to get what they want.

One more thing is the number of girls in their batch.....It's almost our batch boys strength....hehehehehehehhehehe So before they start to think i totally forgot about them......

All of them are Cute, Studious and Very Reserved.........Gr8 Going Girls...........Keep it up.....But i didn't have the opportunity to interact with them on the same comfort level as that i have with the boys.....In the future will definitely try to........hehehehehe I usually never leave any chance.........

So what all i thought about them they made it a reality in the Spree-10...........
Everyone helped me a lot in organizing the event and making it a big success........They showed that they were totally dedicated in winning in almost all the events they participated.............

With this post i would like to thank all my juniors for their dedication towards the event.......especially these guyz...Kiran, Anvesh, Seshu, Prasanna, Swamy, Rakesh to name a few to take care of all the outside works...............Abhinay & Bhargavi for taking care of all the dance events and not to forget Sowmya for doing a good job at hosting the event and to all the coordinators for all the events and also to each and everybody whom i missed above for their participation and efforts to make it a grand success..........................

My Advice for u
Keep up the good work and step it up...... coz the next year its the 10 years celebrations and u lot have to work even harder.................

Utilize each others strong points and make it a grand success......

A few things which i want to repeat to u guyz again are Have Discipline in ur life and work hard to get placed and all of u should get placed and continue the near 100% record of MSIT placements.

Always Rememeber the below points
Have Some Respect towards Time....Time is Money.......

Remember Leadership is not an asset which u show in a Resume....It is a responsibility in itself showing that u truly care for others........And If u start something stick with it till the very end.....Good or Bad..........

That's my advice to u all whether u like it or not................

Enough of the Serious Talk i was never good at giving a serious talk coz i tend to laugh ...............

Thank u Guyz for making the last couple of months of MSIT so wonderful.......Giving us a grand farewell by making JNTU proud.........If I could have one wish fulfilled that would be to be a classmate to u all not a senior.........I Really do wish that..........

Keep Smiling.....Njoy Life as there might be no other................

So with that i think i can complete my post on a high..........

So the Life @ MSIT series is almost at its end but the next post is the one where i will share my best times where i learned a lot, did a lot.............MSIT 2nd year.........

Actors that I Like

So I am Back again with another post on movies.....Cant live with it Cant live without it..........

So this time around i am going to share my views about the actors that i like..........

One Person who always comes to my mind as the very best or the best of the best.........Leonardo Di Caprio......His movies......Titanic, Whats Eating Gilbert Grape(The best), Catch me if u Can, Departed, Beach, Blood Diamond, Shutter Island, Aviator and the recent Inception...

He is a directors actor...If u have already watched his movies u recognize with the characters not with him....That's the actors prowess at it's best.............

I think there is no other who can pass him but there is one more person who can try to compete with him and he is none other than the best pirate JACK Sparrow or Johnny Depp......

His movies range from.....Edward Scissor Hands,Chocolat, Whats Eating Gilbert Grape, Pirates of the Carribean- 4 parts(4th part filming),Finding Never Land are some of the movies which i have watched and loved them................

After the above great actors one actor who stands tall is Neo alias Constantine alias Klaatu .......Keanu Reeves.........My first English Movie in Theatre SPEED.....Sangeeth...Secunderabad...... Phew What a movie.......

His Movies which i watched are ----------- Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, My Own Private Idaho, Speed,Johnny Mnemonic, Matrix(World Famous), Constantine, The Devil's Advocate, The Day the Earth Stood Still......Waiting for more from this gr8 actor....

Apart from the above three there also many actors whom i like like Jim Carrey, Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg(Awesome Actor), Hugh Jackman etc etc......

That's the thing i like about Hollywood there are no big or small actors only great roles.....All are Directors Actors not the other way around which is the case with our local-----Wood's...............

But there are some Director's Actors even in our local Wood's only a handful though like Abhay Deol, Rahul Bose, Raja, Siddharth and the best of the lot Actor Director---Aamir Khan... Very talented Very Versatile.........Hats off to the Perfectionist.......

Not to forget legendary actor Kamal Hassan........ Too good.....Different in every film he does.....Too good

Enough about the Men lets talk about the femmefatale first from Hollywood.......lady with the top honors would be Meryl Streep followed by Susan Sarandon, Julia Roberts(Awesome), Angelina Jolie, Drew Barrymore(Gr8 Actor), Kate Winslet( gr8 in every role) and the newest girl on the block Amanda Seyfried(Cute+ Gr8 Eyes) & Emmy Rossum......

They compete with male actors in any movie and sometimes even over shadow the lead actor like in Titanic.....Winslet Rocks......

In our local Wood's there is not much acting talent in the present lot.......But the yester years actors like Sridevi, Madhubala, Nargis, our very own Savithri, Suryakantham.......Yes u read the name rite.....Everybody loved to hate her........ to name a few.......... They didnt act they lived their roles and they sometimes acted with only their body movements and facial expressions.

If u ask me just watch Gundamma Katha....for Savithri...for the very best of Savithri........Overshadowed the 2 gr8 NTR & ANR..........Old Movies Post in the coming days........

So my final worlds

Kudos to all the great actors from all over the world......who made and are still creating some sense in watching films a pleasant experience............

Movies-----My Second Love

MOVIES:::MASTI:::MAGIC

Everyone in their life would have definitely fell in love one particular movie at one time or other........

In my memory the first movie i remember is the Hindi Super Hit........Khuda Gawah...way back in 1992......My age.....6 years Amitabh was good, Sridevi was too good...

Then came the memorable Dilwale Dulhaniya Lejayengey........Simran & Raj.....Too good......Durr, Bazigar gr8 movies to name a few.........

I guess i grew up watching Hindi Movies more than Telugu one's.........

After that i simply fell in love with movies.............Not all though Some left me sore........As i grew my love for movies also grew rapidly.......Earlier i was restricted to only Hindi, Telugu, English but with globalization i am able to watch Japanese, Korean, French movies as well......

One thing was clear there is Mass Copying not only in Studies but also in movies as well.........hehehehehehehhe

Its true.....Almost 50% of the stories are repeated......Sad fact....But the truth.....

But there are some Maverick Directors who have the vision and the guts to do out of the box projects..............

My Favorites------Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino,Hitchcock,Akira Kurosawa, Stephen Spielberg,James Cameron etc etc............(Foreign)

Our very own......Gautam Menon,Chandrasekhar Yelati,Anurag Kashyap,Chandra Siddharta, Deva Katta in some ways Surendar Reddy......all are good directors......

Industry is changing for the better in some ways......Slowly people are going less and less for the hero's and more and more for the Directors...........

But The very best of the best for me would be Vittala Charya with all the Cool Magic Effects he used in the 1960's & 1970's itself..... Hat's off to him......

More to come in the coming posts......All dedicated to Movies.................

Best Weather For Everything ----Monsoon

Before i start with the present topic, one thing about me......... my mind is always in a state of restlessness....It always wants to do something or the other...for it even sleeping is a work....So it equally divides the time among all my works..................Hehehehe Wish I could Control it.....

Fact:- Human's can only use only 10% of their brains.........

So everyone is lazy.....even the best mind's at work or the most intelligent person is still wasting 90% of his brain...So why bother.......Mendokusai!!!!!!!!!!!!

I M no were near the above stated example......Simple thing.....I envy the clouds........ They get to travel places... and are not troubled or bogged down.......

My Simple Funda.....Be Simple....Be at peace with ur Mind and Follow ur heart..........

As u grow old....Life Really is mendokusai................

So enough of that for now..........

The best season without argument is the Monsoon....Coz of many reasons.......

Children....To skip the School...
Teenagers......To get wet in the Rain and njoy the surroundings....hehehehe
Adults.....Best Reason to cover that ur late for work........

For me it is everything.....I enjoy the nature and in the monsoon the nature is at it's best showcasing its beauty in all its glory.........

Coz if u consider Summer ....land is barren....parched of water.... trees look dry it all gives a depressing kind of look..........Not to forget the Scorching heat....

If u consider Winter......land is frozen.....everything seems still..... we need a change in life and the colors of winter are too dull......

But Monsoon.......Change Change....U get to see all kinds of Colors especially various shades of green and my favorite colors Black & Grey are everywhere painted in 70MM all over the sky.........I m Selfish here.......Hehehehehe

Being a Hyderabadi ladka........in the monsoon always ROCKS.....

Irani Chai, Pani Puri, Butta, Drive on the Necklace Road, Eat Street, Ice cream......etc etc etc everything tastes better in this weather....

But u also get bogged down with Cold......That's a Side Effect u have to adjust with......

My Idea of a Perfect Evening in the Monsoon..... Two ideas actually contrasting one's

Get WET go out and roam around in the city....and have some Irani Chai...Too Good.......

Go to ur village in the Monsoon....Sit in ur verandah and watch the sky's pour down......and the smell of earth with the first rains..........tooo good........
Simply Divine........

Too bad we cant have enough of this in the city as well..........

If u have any nice views about monsoon do share them..................................

Chain Reaction----How Did the Bureaucracy all start ???

My View Here about how the Bureaucracy all started......Here goes

I think it all started with the Industrial Civilization.....U ask y????

One reason.........Lets go back to the past where people used to sell whatever they produced or harvested or whatever they were good at....It was a kinda like exchange of service........Everything was going on well.....people everywhere were happy under a good leader's rule.......There was no bribes nothing.......

With the advent of Industrial Civilization slowly people's mindset began to change.......Instead of thinking of their work as service where everyone was happy they started to view the work as a profession.........Nothing bad with that but with division comes trouble that what soon started out...Some professions where looked upon as good professions where u can lead a happy life for minimum work....

Then slowly things started to change for the worst..... With Democracy it became clear that Bureaucracy was here to stay...Slowly people who were in good positions started to take advantage of the power they had over others...Forgetting one simple rule.....Spiderman's Rule.....With Gr8 Power Comes Gr8 Responsibilities Procrastinating things, Pushing the work on other lesser workers who already had work to do.............

It's a common thing that our minds have evolved so no wonder it recognizes when people who were supposed to do something aren't doing it.....Then the consequences are mistrust, anger, jealous etc etc. They require no medium to spread and slowly they become interested in their work....The End result....As Master Yoda rightly states.....

With Jealous Comes Pain
With Pain Comes Anger
With Anger Comes Suffering.........

So the ultimate loser is the Common man.....with no power and always full of responsibilities........

So the new question Can this End???????

My answer is YES, WHY NOT ??? The only thing required is that people should feel empathy....Think about others and think about from what position they started out....in one Word Retrospection

I believe in the human race and the mankind's kindness....Take a look at all Natural Disasters....the recent Haitian incident or the Mumbai's Floods. Did the government reach out to people NO....it was the people who helped each other out.....That's kindness for u........

Out of Chaos comes ORDER !!!!!!!!!!!!

My request to all the people who had the patience to read my post.....please try to remove the bureaucracy in what ever way u can..........Please Please Break the Chain......Save Mankind..............

Life @ MSIT Part -5 ...............28 AMIGOS

Hi People, This Post is totally dedicated to all my MSIT friends to show my appreciation for the effort which they put in bearing me......... Heheheheheheh

Once Upon a time not long ago in a place which was not much better than a war zone(PREP) there were 28 Fighters who were left. They went on to conquer the world...............

U think I am overdoing with the story part but its true there were only 28 people who were left after the prep in our batch.... They were all very good what they do.....and even better......

None of us knew anyone from before......New Times....New Bonds....New Struggles.....
That's how unbreakable bonds are formed.....Like i said before we were
ALL....4....1 and 1....4 ALL

It all started with December with the FRESHERS after which we truly knew each other till then we were just friends.....

MSIT has this culture of celebrating each and every students Birthday's...Even Mentors as well.....Right from MAIN course we started celebrating the same...with this our batch started becoming closer...

Those Nights which we spent initially on completing the Course projects for some days soon turned into projects of playing Counter Strike and having dinner parties at Nizam's late night's and again starting the PROJECTS...Hehehehhehe....Truly Amazing......

Slowly it gained pace as the course slowed down giving us a chance to utilize the nights even much better.............But as we were a studious batch we never let our late night adventures affect our grades.........

Then came SPREE-09 everyone wanted to do something and yes we did something or the other........We won the Counter Strike Winners & Runners.......Practice Indeed makes a player perfect....Heheheheheh

In the Second year......We divided into our respective specializations but this did not divide our fun.......

One Instance is that for one movie out of 28 people with 4 absents on that day 24 people went to a movie.......Gr8 Rite ???? It was better than that it was AWESOME !!!!!!

Each and everyone of us unique in his or her own way and we helped each other out.......During Placements especially we utilized this and almost all of us got placed...........

Then came Spree - 10 and the rest is history as most of u all know.....Without doubt it was the best and the biggest SPREE in terms of MSIT history........It was a total team effort from our side and also from our Juniors side...and the result as everybody knows a clean sweep from all sides in almost all events.....And About our juniors in the coming posts.........

It's Quite Boring Rite??? Well that was the most toughest part of the post which i wrote....But the as the OSO dialogue goes-----Picture abhi baki hai mere DOST........

QUIZ 4 ALL

Identify The FOLLOWING PEOPLE..........

ICEMAN....GURUGARU.......HERO.....BOT.....CHITTINAIDU.......PEDDAINA.....CATALYST.........KANJUS MARWADI...........SLOW PROCESSOR......KODI......HALF BOTTLE.....ADAVI......FIREMAN......BALLAYA......CO-STAR....CORE JAVA......BLUFF....CHITTI(MUMBAI)......PAV....CHICHU......BOM BOM......BORE....WILD.E.......REXY......SWA.SWA......

These are (not)some random names which i have put here......Heheheh This time seriously i will get hurt........One thing which i have on my side that i am fully insured........Heheheheheheh

The fact that i wrote the above is to just to prove that we know each other quite well and enjoy each others company..........

On a Serious Note from the bottom of my heart i would like to thank each and everyone for making my LIFE @ MSIT so fun, special and easy...........

I will always cherish those memories in the depths of my heart never to forget the awesome fun we had, the silly fights, the team effort which we put in....

But it's very sad that the two years are already finished and everyone's starting their own careers.....I STILL WISH THAT THE TWO YEARS WOULD START AGAIN.....

But one thing is for sure i might miss the 2 years which we had but i will never miss u b'coz i will always be just a phone call away from u..........

If i Hurt anyone unknowingly please forgive me.......
I learnt a lot from each and everyone of u all........

Thank You:::Arigato Gozaimasu:::Gracias::Merci Bien To all my Friends For the Wonderful Journey...

The Next Post is going to be about my Juniors....to whom we have passed on the FIRE OF MSIT...to achieve something......

LIFE @ MSIT PART - 6.... JUNIORS--A Refreshing Change..

An Ode To True Love

There is no season
For you my love
Because our love
Will never end

Summer or spring
Winter or fall
I want you in my life
During them all

In the spring
When the flowers bloom
My heart for you
Will have so much room

In the summer
When it's scorching hot
To forget about you
I will not

In the fall
When the leaves tumble down
You can count on me
To always be around

In the winter
When it's icy cold
I'll be there for you always
Until I grow old

There is no season
For you and I
Because my love
I'll always love u from the bottom of my Heart!!!!!!!!

HR-High Risk

HR = High Risk ( Office Humor )

After 2 years of selfless service, a man realized that he has not been promoted, no transfer, no salary increase no commendation and that the Company is not doing any thing about it. So he decided to walk up to his HR Manager one morning and after exchanging greetings, he told his HR Manager his observation. The boss looked at him, laughed and asked him to sit down saying;

My friend, you have not worked here for even one day.

The man was surprised to hear this, but the manager went on to explain.

Manager:- How many days are there in a year?

Man:- 365 days and some times 366

Manager:- how many hours make up a day?

Man:- 24 hours

Manager:- How long do you work in a day?

Man:- 8am to 4pm. I.e. 8 hours a day.

Manager:- So, what fraction of the day do you work in hours?

Man:- (He did some arithmetic and said 8/24 hours I.e . 1/3(one third)

Manager:- That is nice of you! What is one-third of 366 days?

Man:- 122 (1/3x366 = 122 in days)

Manager:- Do you come to work on weekends?

Man:- No sir

Manager:- How many days are there in a year that are weekends?

Man:- 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays equals to 104 days

Manager:- Thanks for that. If you remove 104 days from 122 days, how many days do you now have?

Man:- 18 days.

Manager:- OK! I do give you 2 weeks sick leave every year. Now remove that14 days from the 18 days left. How many days do you have remaining?

Man:- 4 days

Manager:- Do you work on New Year day?

Man:- No sir!

Manager:- Do you come to work on workers day?

Man:- No sir!

Manager:- So how many days are left?

Man:- 2 days sir!

Manager:- Do you come to work on the (National holiday )?

Man:- No sir!

Manager:- So how many days are left?

Man:- 1 day sir!

Manager:- Do you work on Christmas day?

Man:- No sir!

Manager:- So how many days are left?

Manager:- So, what are you claiming?

Man:- I have understood, Sir. I did not realize that I was stealing Company money all these days.

LIFE @ MSIT PART - 4 ODE 2 SENIORS

This Post is going to be totally Sentimental & Funny at the same time I hope...........
I hope my Seniors are not going to beat me up for writing about them....Heheheheh

Let's See What Will happen... But anything about my Life @ MSIT will be missing something vital without them..........

One of the Pics which i have of our Seniors.....................................

They helped us a lot in how to go about in MSIT,giving us additional resources, sharing their MSIT experiences and even their Placement experiences with us as we know Knowledge is Wealth their knowledge helped us to get placed in companies like TCS.

In the Prep Course i had the honor of meeting two of the best programming minds in my Seniors batch if u can Recall..... Bhanu & Dileep......

Both of them are xtremely talented to such an extent that they can complete their tasks easily and their approach to solve their problems are unique....

Not only them each and every one of our seniors were excellent in different aspects like Naveen who is even better than both of them....

Not only him there are Anil,Bhutia,Waheed, Mallikarjun, Praveen, Harsha,Suresh everyone is good in their own way.........

Not only Boys, Girls were also equally good like Angelina,Divya,Aravinda.... I knew only some of the girls so only writing about them......

But one thing about them is that they were all great people to hang out with and to learn something from them.........

Take for example Bhanu & Dileep they helped me a lot in the Prep like when i was losing my will to continue or was not able to solve any particular problem they helped me....

I think i can recognize myself more with Bhutia & Suresh coz i think i have more in common with them not fully but bits and pieces.....

Bhutia is an excellent programmer but he is the best when it came to organizing and he was the main coordinator from JNTU for Spree 09.......

Suresh is one kool dude, totally relaxed and at peace with the world, immersed in his own world he is damn good at designing posters, banners creative stuff...

Naveen is excellent in any Computer game, give him any game and he will beat u in it.....Hehehehehehhe And without doubt he is the best in MSIT'ians favorite past time AOE........

Along with Bhanu, Dileep, Harsha,Ysna,Charan they were a quite good at that...They Were equally good in CS as well...In detail about MSIT'ians Favorite Past time's in detail in the coming posts...

When u want some mishcief and fun then have Anil at ur side.......It will be a total roller coaster ride...Heheheh

Praveen....Convincing Skills Xpert....Contact him if u want to get something's done....hehehehheeh I am Not kidding....

Harsha.....Another Kool dude who was my classmate in Inter with whom i lost contact after Intermediate but met in Prep in 6th Week...... World is Really a very small Place......

Sampath....The PLAYER....hehehehe in both the ways.....He's going to kill me after this...He's good at any Physical Game Cricket, Volley Ball, Shuttle, etc etc u name it he will play it......

Moving on to the girls......One girl who stands out among the rest is Angelina with excellent Soft skills and programming skills as well..She worked as a TA for both SS & SE.....Good at whatever she does.

Aravinda...There is nothing which this girl can't do.Totally bindaas, funny and witty at the same time........

Divya...One Sentence about her...Cute,Calm, Composed and an excellent programmer..........

There a number of seniors whom i didn't name here but each one of them is equally good and helping in their own way.....

Some Stats about my Seniors
Seniors batch was 50+ strong
Placements in Companies like ....TCS,WIPRO,ORACLE,Capgemini,CSE,Nendrasys,DIT,DST to name a few... Almost all of them got placed and are doing quite well in their careers in their respective companies....

The year 2008-2009 was an awesome year as i had the best of times with the seniors after Freshers but as always good times come to an end and after they completed their course they joined their respective companies....We Did give them a grand farewell for our numbers with their support it stands out only next to the Freshers which they gave.........

Though Some of them are in Contact,I do miss them a lot.....Wish we could again have a Get Together kinda thing for old days sake.................

Arigato Gozaimasu Guyz for always being there whenever I needed some help..........

That was totally from my perspective i knew most of the seniors but only had good interaction with only a few so wrote about them......Think i did justice to their influence on me!!!!!!!!!!

So as a true king looks on to conquer new worlds it time to look forward to the new post........

Whats Life without Friends and i am very proud to say that i made many good friends in MSIT

MSIT -08 batch will always stand out as the best becoz we started as underdogs on whom people didn't have any kinda expectations but went on to conquer the world.......... with only 28 people in our batch it was like one big family......

So next post is all about my batch mates........

Life @ MSIT Part - 5 ........28 AMIGOS..........

What's All this Fuss About Babli??

As a Responsible Citizen of this society and as a person who cares for others.........

So what's with all this hue and cries about Babli ??

Our MLA's & MP's being not allowed to see a Dam.........
Is it really that much necessary for our TDP people going there and staying at a place where there are no minimum facilities......Irrespective of being publically elected representatives if that's their state then what about the common man......

The state government should act at least now and see to it that they are able to see the dam and remove their doubts once and for all.....

Come on Seriously what's happening with this government I am totally missing the logic here...... It's Not freaking Pakistan for crying out Loud.... It's Maharashtra one of the neighboring states of AP........

In India any person of Indian origin can go to any place which is not recognized as a strictly controlled area like Army Areas etc etc...........

Moreover the dam area is a public area as it is a public project....So anybody can go there......

One thing which totally sucks is that the local government Congress in Maharashtra is trying to showcase this incident as though the TDP people will stop the project... If it's illegal only they should be afraid if it's legal why r they afraid????? That's the Million Dollar Question........

Due to their Selfish reasons they r spreading hate against their fellow Indians which is truly disgusting...Already they have been in a situation where they attacked Bihar people telling them to go back to their home state....

What happened to the Rights we were made to remember when we were small in Social????
If this continues then there will be a day when state governments will have their special armies to fight against other states like we used to have in the olden days...Kings & Kingdoms........

Now the interesting question if all this fuss is going on the Congress government in the state and in the Central is thinking about how to stop Jagan....Funny Rite??? Leaving the Main Topic to the side.....

I cant say i don't like this government but at the same time i can't even say that i like this government....It's completely waste to even think about politics coz every time the congress is in power the prices increase, taxes increase, the problems also increase......exponentially....

My Wish is to become a Congress MP or MLA when Congress is in power for 5 years...no 1year is enough to earn so much money that 4 to 5 generations of my family can live lavishly.....heheheheheheheh

Life @ MSIT Part-3 THE MAIN

After taking a couple of days off....Here I am with an another adventure of my Life @ MSIT in the Main Course 1st year.....in the period of August to April.... The 8 Months of Life which gradually ease in pressure as the months goes by.....So here goes....

Date:28th August(Last Week of August....Symbolically wrote the date...)

The Prep Course ends generally on Saturday...When i got to know that i was selected into main course...It was a dream come true......Was Flying High in the Sky....Nice Partyyyyy on Sunday....Came to College on Monday.....................................

MATRIX RELOADED....PREP RELOADED........ Hehhehe Damn i am becoming good at this.........

Everything Continued as it was in Prep..

Same Submissions.....
Same Deadlines........
Same Work Load.....but comparatively less tension no elimination...hehehhe
The only thing which changed was the mentor......This Time it was KrishnaVeni Mam......

A few words about Krishnaveni Mam...She's also like every other mentor in MSIT...She tries to bring out the best out of everybody everybody and she doesn't let us forget anything which we have learnt in the past courses...The proof that she is one of the best is that i studied the entire Main Course under her and i even took her project in the Practicum..She was very supportive and helpful throughout the 1st year....I will always be her student come what may....Arigato Mam.....

As the Months the goes by

U Start to "Walk like a ROBOT" ......
And as Easily as THIS Crawls by.......
U Start to Move Up Like Snakes on Ladders.......
Networking with Computers & Friends.....

And Life @ MSIT goes by in a very Synchronised manner.....Then comes the Freshers........INFERNO..................

This helps in again raising the INFERNO hidden in ur hearts........

MSIT is not only about Studies...it's also about bonding... The best of friends are made here........Careers are forged out of nothing.....Total Dedication and hard work will definitely get u places.... The best example would be every student who passes out of MSIT....

Nobody's Intelligent... Every one of us was far from being Toppers....But 2 years change everything....After two years the Ball is in ur Court and u do have the skill to hit an ACE like the Spanish Bull Nadal!!!!!!!!!! Hehehhe I am Not joking.....

One thing about MSIT Junior-Senior culture is that there is no Ragging or any kinda behavior, everyone out here is totally professional and the seniors are always around to provide a guiding light and a helping hand to the needy...............It's Becoming too Sentimental rite..........I can't take it... Heheheheheh Let's Stop it Here....Because the next Post is totally about our Guiding Lights & Helping Hands... That's Rite!!!!!!!! Ode to our Seniors.......

Sooo Stay Tuned Guyz & Galz

Next Post Life @ MSIT Part - 4 Ode to Seniors.....

I just can't wait to start writing about them.......

Football::Football::Football

The Games which i love always starts with Football, not Cricket mind u like almost many Indians. I don't know why the great masses of India adore this Gentleman's Game..

Not that I am against it........it can't be called as a Team game nor an Individual Game.......It is in a Separate League of its own.........People call it money making Game....But the biggest earners in Sports don't come from Cricket they come from Football, F-1 Racing and Golf....not Cricket.......

Football Rocks for many reasons..........

International game,
Fully Team Game,
Coach is the Big Boss(Not any other person who sits in an A/C Room & Decides the Team)
Biggest Fan Following........................

I fell in love with this game in the year 1998 starting with the FIFA worldcup, totally liked this game, where total zero's became hero's like Suker who played for Croatia and won the award for scoring most number of goals.

From then on i started to follow the English Premier League, Champion's League and the most recent Euro Cup as well..... Each World Cup had something new to offer in the quality of players, the strategies which were used etc etc. But it is not without its own controversies where players have been accused of not playing their best for their countries..who were excellent players in clubs..

One interesting thing from this year's World Cup winning Spain team is that almost 80% of them are from Barcelona Club and 10% were from Real Madrid both are Spain's football Clubs...........Amazing rite!!!!!!!!!!

PS: Do Watch out for Mueller from Germany he's going to be a Revelation.... & The First Time the Official World Cup Song was Second best to other song....Sorry Shakira.....K'Naan Hats off Man!!!!

But this game totally rocks.................

Life @ MSIT Part-2 The PREP

Heehhe Another Nice Title rite !!!!!!!!! I have this fixation with titles..........

Well lets move on with the story the month of June 2008 place Eduquity Career Center near Secretariat every person in MSIT circles know this place as well as their homes. It is the place of counselling for MSIT. Got an xcellent rank courtesy xcellent GRE scores. Then started thinking about the Learning Centers JNTU or IIIT...... I always follow my Heart i Never listen to my Mind & People...coz u should always remain true to urself and if u look back in ur life u should never regret something which u did. So I Chose JNTU over IIIT.

Before the Prep there was this Orientation which went from Morning till Evening, these things do repeat themselves over the years but first Speech was by our very own SS Principal Mentor Padmaja Mam, one thing about her speech and the way she speaks, one word description about it ----AWESOME-----

Then the things went on till evening 6 meeting new people and all.

Then the D-Day arrived the first day of prep...On the very first day two words ring through your mind over and over again .......Any Guesses??????????????? WIKI & MOODLE.......... Most of u would have guessed it rite.

I was Assigned under Sridevi Mam who upon enquiry was confirmed to be a tough taskmaster.... So i was in a dilemma What will happen to my LIFE @ MSIT......But i had a backup plan ICET remember.... :)

But if i look back upon my PREP the best thing which could happen to me was that i was a student under Sridevi Mam... She's very Kool yet very demanding when it comes to the tasks this increased my tasks quality....

As the IT Workshop was not enough to drain all the energy from students they even had the Soft Skills sessions....... from 6 to 8 PM.... I was assigned under Vijaya Mam again same para from above repeated no need to write specially...Good was never enough for her she wanted excellent writing assignments... Again had to work very hard to match her expectations..... But at the end i did improve my Writing Skills drastically due to her in the Prep itself......

Do u know what the quote "Rubbing Salt onto the Wound" means............ In the Weekend after the completion of already tired student from PC & CT asking him to give a presentation............Hahahahahahahhaah I am Kidding but it was literally very tiring because you have to listen to others PPT's and wait ur turn......Haahahah thats one thing and listening to the feedback from mentors thats quite a horror movie..........

Hahahahah Now if i am scaring u i was exaggerating everything hehehehehehehehe ................Giving a Presentation for me was always fun!!!!!!!!!!!! Giving the people a piece of my mind I always felt kinda liberated....... I wasn't tensed not even once.....No there was this one time when we were informed that Padmaja mam will come and take the Presentation's i thought it would be very difficult as she was the Principal mentor and all but it was surprisingly easy initially she puts u at ease it but later she grinds u in the presentation but it went on quite well and it was the first and last time when i was tensed.... I think i gave a couple of Presentations before her in the Main course but it was kool..... Don't know about others the session was easy but feedback its quite an another story...............Thanking You Mam for everything.......

I Will always be thankful to Sridevi Mam & Vijaya Mam for bringing out the best out of me................Have to ask both of them if they do recollect something about me from the PREP..........

So for me PREP course was like HELL coz i knew only somethings about Office & nothing about C..... Then i did the wisest thing which a sane person would do i went and talked to Sridevi mam she said to think about advantages about each course and then decide and she said me to work even hard if u want to get in through to the main course. I thought about it throughout the night and decided if wanted to do any PG then its only MSIT.. No Writing Essay's about what u have learnt throughout one Year like u do in BTech and ur not judged by ur handwriting quality which is the major factor in JNTU evaluations no matter how qualitatively u answer the question...Heheheh Coz even a doctor's scribbling is much legible than my writing.........I got this Comment courtesy Intermediate Part Time Assistant who cant even differentiate between Left & Right !!!!!!.....Hahhahahaa I am not kidding.

So back to the present...Prep was going on full force Week 1,2 finished then came the breath of life in Prep the business plan & Hardware.... It was fun but lost a lot of marks..Then started the mother of all problems in Prep "C" but along with course change the mentor also changed.......

The next mentor was our immediate senior infact two TA's Bhanu & Dilip......Two Cool Dude's with immense knowledge..More about them in the coming episodes.....Heheheheheh

So i thought Lets Us "C" what happens but by the end of Week 1 in C there was nothing there to "C" only blank spaces coz everything which i learnt in B.Tech, after 4th year BTech got completed in 1st week itself.........................

New Week New Tasks But Same face.....BLANK........... I used to sit late night upto 2 AM, there were days when i slept only at mrng 4 or 5 till that time i kept on reading and executing programs in "C" and again wake up at 6 to start for JNTU by 7 coz i had to change two buses to reach on time by 9.... to reach this village literally considering the distance from my home.........This Schedule went on till the end of PREP...

STUDY NIGHT STUDY DAY reminds me of WAX in WAX out from the old Karate Kid .........

Again the Same story repeated for another 2 weeks and in the final week the "Project" for us to do and the "Project" for the staff to decide whether which student was in or out.........everywhere there was tension in the students Will I be in or Will I be out???

All the time throughout PREP the number of students was dwindling for different reasons like alternatives, not able to take the pressure, too much to learn......

But that was not the case with me don't know how they selected me but i got through to the main course..........with 27 others out of 120 members Awesome rite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things which could have worked for me could have been that i am an average programmer with good communication skills and i was a patient student who always wanted to study and work hard.. Was always on time and never ever missed a single class and had a decent mind to frame the logic which is required for a Programmer .....Don't know what worked but something did work.....and the rest is HISTORY..............

Wait that's not the end of the story I still have a lot to tell u the most important part of the story

Life @ MSIT Part -1 The Prelude

Heheh Interesting Title Rite?? The Past two years in MSIT have been interesting very interesting. So let me share with u my journey in parts.

Somebody close to me always used to say that i am very good at story telling. So here goes by Two year Story.

THE PRELUDE
After Completing my Btech from YPRCET and even after having damn good scores in GRE & TOEFL somehow i missed my Flight from INDIA TO USA. 4 valuable months were wasted thinking about how to apply again all that stuff then realization came across me or somebody brainwashed me(it's upto the Reader to decide) i totally dropped that idea then started the struggle.............

Struggle to Do Something Struggle to Achieve Something etc etc.

Wanted to Do MBA but i was past the CAT date so instead wrote MAT got 95% everyone happy.... Went to IPM(OU CAMPUS) got rejected in the GD round itself......Amazing rite?? Me being rejected in GD's its TRUE.. I was 100% sure that i had nailed it but bad news came and got rejected. I still remember the topic.... Computer's Boon or Bane.......Interesting Topic now if u see me now.... IT professional i.e.,.......

So Again was at Cross Roads in My life......I have this thing with Kismat....I am Not at all Lucky.. The only thing which works for me is my hardwork and never say die attitude..........My life at that point was at a total low coz i worked very hard to get good scores in GRE & TOEFL & MAT but they didnt work out. But by January i was totally losing hoping that i would become somebody in life. Then the worst thing that could happen for anybody is to be at home free of work free of responbilities... I really hated that then I started to go to take care of Dad's business. But i soon realized that i wasnt cut out for my Dad's business especially my Dad's business but u cant shirk away from responsibilities rite.....................................................................................

Then Something wonderful happened lady luck smiled on me or rather my Dad realized my problem he got me an ICET admission form which i had no interest in at all...

Come on i was trying for International(MS) & National(Mat) Level education but i was supposed to write a state level MBA xam..which i did write and nailed with 2 days preparation i repeat 2 days preparation with an awesome rank of 1500.....heheheheheh its really true... I even saved the rank card............

But in the meantime i heard from one of my friends friend about MSIT, it was a dream course to do.....But there was a problem............. u dont get admitted into MSIT unless u clear the prep...
