Books: My Best Friends & MY FIRST LOVE

Hello Guyz,

Do U Know Whats Common b/w RAND, Asimov, Wells, Verne, Shakespeare, Veerendranath, Madhubabu, Meyer, Paolini, Rowling????????

Any Guesses......

I have read them ALL.....................
heheheheheh

BTW U Know what i really love, especially the people who know me closely know that i am a bookworm. So here is how i became what i am today and there are only few people whom i credit with that and the rest totally by the books which i have read.

It's every kids dream to be read some stories when being put to sleeping but it is purely destiny in my case that i didn't have that luxury( due to many reasons one my parents working too hard to bring me up without any kind of problems and the other reason being that i have only my maternal grandfather to shower all his love on me..................).

So i did the next best thing to being lulled into sleep i read myself into sleep.

My first book memory which i have is reading a Mahabharata in Pictorial Representation or simply Picture Book........I liked the pics too much......My Favorite Character..........Arjuna...........
Then it was the turn of Ramayan........My Favorite Character....Any Guesses.......Maa GuruGaru.........AnjaneyaSwamy....................Hehehehehhe

Wait i forgot to tell u the Venue......It's in a train when i was between 3 to 4 years old.........

It was not the end....it was only the beginning of the greatest friendship anyone has ever had.

Slowly but surely i was crunching books whichever came across my path.............

I still remember bugging my dad to take me to the Sec'bad Station Road to buy Second hand Comics, Novels etc etc even before i was 7. My hunger for Reading was such that whatever money my dad used to give me i used it for renting books which i could not get to buy.

Champak, Chandamama, Reader's Digest, Old versions of Sputnik, Wisdom, Amar Chitra Katha, Chacha Choudary to name a few. I still have about a big box full of books the oldest one being a 1986 Chandamama, the month i was born in. Hehehehehhe It's for Keepsake.

Then Slowly but surely i started reading novels which were intended for age groups well over my age group. When i was in School we used to get the English Supplementary Book which was a kind of novel, i used to read the entire book the first day i bought the book. Crazy...........or What........ Hehheeheh Whenever my mom used to tell me to sit and study i used to take out that book and re read that book again. hheheeheheh. Leave the Adventures of Hucklebery Finn and Tom Sawyer i used to have my own adventures upon being caught......Truly Adventurous One's Mind you. Along the way i came across one of the best books i have read.....
TROY
I liked the character of Achilles to such an extent that i asked my mom to call me by that name only. Hehhehe Childish Rite.........What was i supposed to act like a grown up when i was 11??????

It is Elementary My Dear Friend........... Ringing any Bells.......Hint.......(221 Baker Street)

The best thing about me was that i always put a ' ?' before and after everything which helped me to learn a lot. Like for instance when i asked a few questions about Mahabharata. My Mom gave me the full Mahabharata and Ramayana books in Telugu which took me almost six months to read (Reason)The reading material being too tough on me........ That's How my Telugu Reading Skills Got better. ( Okkatey Debbaki Rondu Pittalu antey edey mari.)Hehhehehe

I guess i got my Reading Bug from my Mom as she used to say that she used to read a lot before she was married.. the likes of Yendamoori Veerendranath, MadhuBabu...etcc etc......Then i was intrigued if my Mom liked it why shouldn't i read them which i did by the time i was 20. I had read almost each and every one of their books.

Earlier I didn't the have the luxury of choosing books to read but by the time i was in Btech i had the time and the knowledge to get good books courtesy World Wide Web or NET for short.

Verne,Wells, Asimov, Agatha Christie, Arthur Clarke, Conan Doyle, Ayn Rand, Rowling, Tolkien, Sheldon, Grisham, Austen, Twain, Shakespeare, Stephanie Meyer, Paolini just to name a few.

Everyone had their own way of writing and were damn good at what they were doing. Hats off to them for giving us such great pieces of art.

Moving on to me........ I still have this habit of suddenly stopping whenever i come across a bookstore and having a good look at the books and i always end up buying at least one.

Some Say Waste of Time.
Some say Waste of Money.
I Say THE ONLY WAY TO SPEND MONEY TO SPEND SOME VALUABLE TIME.

But why did i become like this.. The Circumstances........I am the single child to my parents even though they left no stone unturned in bringing me up. I wasn't such an outgoing like i am today..........I had only 3 Worlds Home.......School and My Books......Many a times i had conversations with the Sawyer's, Huck's, Holmes, Achilles, Yazi and they always stood by me and helped me in many ways. While i was going older they made me understand how to interact diferently with different people courtesy......Mahabharat and Ramayan.....

But the best inspiration i ever had was from one book called Anando Brahma by Veerendranath...
That you have to the conquer this life one step at a time and Never to give up.

I will Never give up in this life come what may to achieve greater heights and never ever give up reading books.

This is one ardent Book Lover Signing off.

PS: About the LoVe part.....Wish Bella was a Real Girl......Heheheheheh Night Dreams ...Sorry DAY Dreaming....
